If I am getting speech therapy from a 501(c)(3) non-profit, can I take mileage for appointments?

I take therapy twice a week.  Can I take a mileage deduction for this therapy?

You cannot claim it as a charitable contribution since you receive "value" for your efforts.  However, it may be includable in your medical expenses as medical mileage.
