Is the facility license number the same as the childcare ID number?

My daughter attends a childcare facility, which is rated at 4 stars. I have the childcare id number, but I don't have the facility license number. Is that the same as the id number? I'm trying to get all the credits that I qualify for.

Yes, they are the same.  You can call the facility to verify, but usually the number that appears on your record of payment is what's input.
