Would I select Bought/refinanced a home if neither were done in 2024?

I am at the beginning and it is saying what we think may apply, and it is checking that box about buying a home. Sie it was not last year, why would I select it?

No, there's no reason to select it.  You'll still get all the regular homeowner deductions as you continue to own the home.
