Why is my ItsDeductible not importing into my 2024 tax filing?

It is wanting me to manually enter everything again that I had already done last year when using the app prior to dropping off items.

Why is my ItsDeductible not importing into my 2024 tax filing?

In TurboTax Online, you will have to scroll all the way down on the Deductions & Credits page to see the 'Start' for 'Import from It's Deductible' (screenshot).
