Why is 1099-SA showing wrong amount for box 12 that was imported from W-2

You are comparing different things. The 1099-SA shows your health savings account (HSA) distribution (the money you took out of the account). The W-2 box 12 code W amount is the HSA contributions (the money that was put into the account).

After entering in the 1099-SA form the turbotax form is pulling an amount from the w2 12 box and you canmot change it.  That amount is rounded up and is not the same amount entered from the w2 form field

@anvjeep01 (I'm sorry I misunderstood your question. I thought you were talking about an amount from the Form 1099-SA not matching the amount on the W-2.) Values are rounded to the nearest dollar to accommodate electronic filing. You don't need to edit this amount.
