Why don't I qualify for the Arizona child tax credit?

my total income was right around 30,000 total for the year filling married. I have three kids, yet I still don't qualify for the Arizona child tax break. why?

Please clarify. AZ does not seem to have a state Child Tax Credit.  Do you mean the  Family Income Tax Credit?

The maximum income for the AZ Family Income Tax Credit for MFJ with 3 dependents is $27,300.
