that worksheet is only in the case where someone can claim you and or spouse as a dependent. look just above line 1.
since this would not seem to be the case the form is not relevant and that's why its incomplete
can't say why TT displays it, but it changes nothing. MFJ both over 65, $26,600 std deduction which is what you're getting.
