Where to I enter home office deduction in TurboTax self employed 2022?

Instructions are linked below.  If you don't see Home Office in the list of expenses, click on Add more Expenses and scroll down to Less Common Expenses.  Put a checkmark next to Home Office and click Continue.   There are multiple pages of expenses so you may not see it on the first page.
