Where do I report a withdrawal from my Canadian RRSP, and the associated Canadian taxes paid?

I am a US resident. I took a withdrawal from my Canadian RRSP, and paid Revenue Canada 25% tax upon withdrawal. How do I show this in (US) TurboTax Premiere 2018? Then, where in TurboTax do I claim Foreign Tax credit for those taxes (the 25%) paid on the withdrawal?
