Here are the steps:

In TurboTax online,

After you sign back into your account, select Pick up where you left off,
To your left, select File and follow prompts.

It is a requirement by the IRS in order to e-file your federal tax return. To e-file your 2019 taxes, the IRS uses your 2018 AGI to verify your identity so you can e-File your 2019 Tax Return. You only need this if you are e-filing your tax return to the IRS.

You will be asked to input your AGI from last year when you are completing the section to efile your tax return.
