Where do I enter sale of real estate on Colorado non-resident form?

You enter the sale of real estate in your  federal form.  When you prepare your Colorado non-resident return, you will have an opportunity to exclude income that was not earned in Colorado while claiming the income from the sale of real estate. Your program will lead you though each item of income that was reported in your federal return.
