where do I enter my tax free FSA contributions

You don't enter your FSA contributions separately from your W-2.

Your Flexible Savings Account (FSA) contributions are reported on your W-2, Box 14. You already got the tax benefit of the money not being taxed so you can't enter them again on your income tax return.
