Where do I enter my FSA information?

    You don't enter your FSA contributions separately from your W-2. Your Flexible Savings Account (FSA) contributions are reported on your W-2, Box 14.  

    • You already got the tax benefit of the money not being taxed so you can't enter them again on your income tax return.

    except for dependent care (DC) which is on the W-2 in box 10, generally, nothing is entered about other FSA benefits such as medical insurance. the DC flows to form 2441.. if you got it then you should come to a section to enter the info for those provided the care.
