You don't enter your FSA contributions separately from your W-2. Your Flexible Savings Account (FSA) contributions are reported on your W-2, Box 14.

except for dependent care (DC) which is on the W-2 in box 10, generally, nothing is entered about other FSA benefits such as medical insurance. the DC flows to form 2441.. if you got it then you should come to a section to enter the info for those provided the care.
