Where do I deduct volunteer expenses?

I see conflicting answers here.  t seems volunteer expenses would be entered under Contributions.

But would cell phone costs be entered under Cash or Items?  And do I need to enter each month cell phone charge, or can I enter a yearly amount?

Would uniform costs be Cash or Items?

Where do I deduct volunteer expenses?

You can deduct all of your out of pocket expenses as cash contributions (including all of the above on a yearly basis) as well as 14 cents per mile for travelling by auto in the service of your qualified volunteer organization.

See IRS Qualified Charity List

You would enter your volunteer expenses as charitable contributions.
