When will turbo tax update a Recovery rebate section for the 2020 refund recovery credit stimulus. * had 2 babies born in 2020* should be able to add that credit to the software. First time through I did not see any such section or option? I don't even see a Recovery Rebate Section after I did the initial update.

The recovery rebate credit is already in TurboTax. It's at the beginning of the Federal Review. You can also get to it by typing "stimulus" (without the quotes) in the Search box, then clicking the link that says "Jump to stimulus."
