To maximize the Federal taxes withheld from your paychecks, you should claim Single on your form W-4, claim 0 dependents and 0 deductions.

You can also choose to have an extra amount of Federal taxes withheld from each of your paychecks (on top of the amount from the Federal withholding tables) by entering a dollar amount on line 4(c) of your form W-4.

In 2020, W4's were completely redesigned.  My suggestion is to use the IRS Tax Withholding Estimator here, to determine what needs to be withheld.
