The registration fee tax deduction varies from state to state, so always check with your state's DMV website to determine how they calculate their tax.
The total amount of your registration fee is not deductible, just the
portion that the state charged you for taxes based on the value of your
vehicle.
According to the link below, you would use the amount listed for the Vehicle License Tax.

Hi AZ offers 1 year and 2 year vehicle tags. The license fee (Vehicle License Tax) for billed in a single payment for the two year tag and the same for the 1 year tag. If I get a 2 year tag can simply deduct the full 2 year (Vehicle License Tax) since its only payed/billed once every 2 years in AZ? Thanks.
For reference the Vehicle License Tax is listed on the Vehicle Registration Renewal Notice.
Yes, you will enter the amount of taxes paid in 2020 even if for two years. Next year of course there will be none for this vehicle.
