You really have to do something to get that SSA1099.  Not only do you need the amount you paid for Medicare premiums, you need to enter the income you received from SS.  If you are locked out of the SS site somehow, then contact them by phone or in person to get a copy of your SSA1099.  Without your SSA1099 your tax return will not have all of your income--and that will be a problem for you.  If you miss the October 15 e-filing deadline, then you will end up having to print, sign and mail your return later.
