What is available young child tax credit for $1000 when I do not have any kids on line 24? If so I need to fix the return I just sent.

See answer to your other similar question.  Also note that at least one state has a "Young Child Tax Credit."  Is that what you mean?

Yes, I live in the State of California and I was looking over the return and I get the EIC for California but also there is an amount that says Available Young Child Tax Credit and I looked at some past returns and it is on there as well. The state accepted the return. They have never said anything about it before I just now noticed it just want to make sure that Turbo Tax did the right thing. Thank you so much for your help I hope I claifed it better. If you can answer my question that is great I also called the 1-800 number and Turbo Tax did not answer my question. I just want to know why it is on there and will it affect my refund???
