What if my refund doesn't cover the amount owed to child support. Will child support take it all

No one can answer this question on this board as they do not know if someone has filed an offset against your return to intercept your refund. However, if someone has made a legitimate claim of an owed debt, and has filed the proper paperwork then they could intercept your refund to pay prior debts.
