What form do I enter Eligible Building Envelope Components credit?

We installed a new roof on our existing home in 2017, which the manufacture certified the roofing product are "Eligible Building Envelope Components" as defined under section 25C of Internal Revenue Code.

Where do I enter this energy improvement on what form on 2017 Turbo Tax?

The energy credits expired at the end of 2016. Congress renewed them, just last week. As such, the forms are not available and the TurboTax software has not been updated to handle it.

You'll have to wait. Or, file without it and amend later.
