You should have been asked for this information under job related expenses. You can directly go to the form interview and enter information using these steps:

1. Sign into your account and select you current return

2. Select the search bar on the top right (see attached search bar)

3. Search Form 2106

4. Select Jump to Form 2106 and begin the interview
