That one is not your fault...that is due to a software error that TTX had before they fixed it.

Essentially, if you entered "Item" donations before the software fix, the date of the donation didn't get recorded.....and the later "fix" didn't fix what you had already entered....it only fixed the date entry problem for items entered after the "fix".

So

1) Go to the Federal Review and go thru there and put a phony date there for every item donated..like 01/01/2016 so it's easy to see...If you had multiple items donated, you will have to re-enter the date for EVERY item.  (IF you donated a lot of items....Copy the first date and  Paste the date works well and avoids a lot of typing) 

2)  Only then, after #1 is done, can you go back to the Charity Donations section, go thru any charity where you had entered "Items" and you will now see a 01/01/2016 date for that donation.  Then, either.....Edit it to be the correct date, or Delete it entirely if you don't remember what it represents, or had already re-entered that exact same donation later.
