What do you do when TurboTax gets your state return wrong... two years in a row?

TurboTax didn't do a good job at looking at PA state taxes and got a bunch of stuff wrong.   The biggest mistake was not taking into consideration that PA is does not consider contributions to 401k's as tax free.  The first year, it screwed this up in a monumental way that told PA that I earned more than twice as much as I earned.  The second year, they had other issue which made me underpay so PA fined me for not paying my taxes.

What should I do?

If your original PA tax returns were incorrect, the easiest remedy is to file amended return(s).  This TurboTax help article explains how to do that:
