Where are you seeing that? Is it for the Turbo Tax fees?
Got this I’m my email! Thought I already paid for it with my state taxes!
Deductions are not something you pay. What are you seeing and where? We cannot see your screen or your tax return.
Because that’s really none of your business to be honest. I am just saying that’s the email I got! FROM TURBOTAX! Of course I would edit it so creeps can’t creep! But that I’d the email I got. I sent it in another reply to someone.
You do not have to post anything here that you do not want to post. But without pertinent information, we cannot provide any help to you. "deductions you haven't paid" makes no sense.
That just means you are having the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your federal refund (not state). When the IRS sends the refund it goes though the 3rd party bank to take the fees out. Then the TGPG bank will send the rest of your refund to your bank.
It does if you look at the comment I posted with the screenshot of part of the email I got!
Ahhhh.......You thought you were paying with a state refund. It is not possible to pay your TurboTax fees using a state refund. You misunderstood how you were paying to use TurboTax's software.
You chose "refund processing" instead of paying your TurboTax fees by using a credit card or debit card before you filed. When you do that, the third party bank receives your federal refund from the IRS, takes out the fees you owe to TurboTax, collects its own $40 ($45 inc CA) fee and sends the rest of the federal refund to you.
How can I see my TurboTax fees?

What is Refund Processing Service?
Well I thought that i already did that with my state
@bkayem2913 No. Your state refund is not involved at all. Your state refund is not being used to pay your fees to TurboTax nor is the state refund being processed by the third party bank. Your state refund will be sent to you directly by the state.
Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
STATE RETURN
Make sure your state return was accepted: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

Oh you probably were confused about the fee for state. You can have the fee for state and federal deducted but only from a federal refund.
