Well I still get a stimulus check after child support took my taxes for back child support but then closed my case and sent me a paper check back for the whole amount

I don't owe child support they sent my taxes back to me.so will I get a stimulus check

The stimulus funds will not be held if you do not have a current offset for child support registered with the Office of Debt Management Services.

Since you received a check back previously, it sounds like they have straightened out their records but if you wish to double-check you can contact Debt Management Services at 1-800-304-3107.
