Was this vehicle used primarily by someone who owns more than 5% of this business or someone related to a more-than-5% owner?

I am an independent contractor. I do not own the car that I use for my work. I do not understand this question: Was this vehicle used primarily by someone who owns more than 5% of this business or someone related to a more-than-5% owner?

The question is asking if the vehicle is used by the business owner. If you are an independent contractor, you own your self-employed business, even if you operate under your own name and use your personal address. In most cases, the answer to this question is "Yes."

Hi, I technically work for doordash, I'm a food delivery driver. I drive my personal car for work, I'm the only one who drives the vehicle, and I was wondering how I should answer this question? Yes or No

Answer yes. As a Door Dash driver, you own your own businesses for tax purposes. You are 100% owner of the business.
