No, under the new tax laws W2 employees, including employee truck drivers, can no longer claim unreimbursed employee expenses unless they are in one of four specifically mentioned categories which are below.

Armed Forces reservists.
Qualified performing artists.
Fee-basis state or local government officials.
Employees with impairment-related work expenses.
