Foreign taxes: I have income in foreign country and I also paid taxes there. Should I add this taxes as expenses or in 1116? or in both?

Usually it is almost always more advantageous to claim a credit for your foreign taxes paid, as opposed to a deduction, because a tax credit results in a dollar-for-dollar reduction against your tax liability, as opposed to a tax deduction, which only reduces your taxable income.\
