Under the HSA section it says $0 for employer and payroll contributions, but my W-2 has a value in box 12c: W 6749.00. Shouldn't that be here instead of 0?

Yes, that amount should show on the HSA screen. Revisit the W-2 and make sure you entered the information from box 12. TurboTax will carry the box 12 code W amount to the HSA section. (Click the screenshots below to enlarge them for reference.)
