unadjusted basis of assets

I have a K-1 from a rental property investment.

In Section 199A Box 20, there is a line for "unadjusted Basis of Assets."

Does that number need to be entered and if so, on what line in the return?

Could it just be for information purposes?

Thanks...

unadjusted basis of assets

Hello.

My K-1 has box1 (ordinary income) and box 2 (real estate rental income). I also have Section 199A (Code Z), which has "section 199A unadjusted basis" item say 8,000. In TurboTax, I enter two separate K-1 for ordinary income and real estate rental income. In which one should I put unadjusted basis 8,000 ?
