TurboTax tells me my IRA basis is different from what I entered vs. what they calculated

Hi here's bit of background information before asking the question:

June 2022 - Contributed to 3000 Roth IRA

July 2022 - Recharacterized 2800 (with 200 loss) to Trad IRA and converted to Roth IRA

August 2022 - Contributed 2000 to Trad IRA and converted to Roth IRA

For 2022 filing, my IRA basis was calculated to be 200 since there was a loss given that I contributed total of 5000 to IRA accounts but my 1099 reflected 4800

2023 - Contributed 5000 to Trad IRA and converted 5005 to Roth IRA (gained some interest while waiting for the money to clear)

This year when TT asked me to put in my IRA basis as of 2022, I put in 200 which is what I have on last year's Form 8606 (line 14). However, TT tells me that the IRA basis they transferred from 2022 is different from the basis entered and asks me to include an explanation why my basis changed.

I am confused why the basis is different and whether this would cause an issue. TT experts told me that they can't check what TT calculates so now I am unsure what to do.
