Turbotax online Delux - Illinois State - Property taxes - Circular Glitch

In Turbotax online Delux edition, under the illinois State return, the Property taxes has a ciruclar glitch it won't let me get passed.  

I paide $4703 in proper taxes.  I only have my primary residence, no other houses.  The screen has two boxes.  

Enter the total property tax you paid in 2023 and the amount of property tax paid that was not on your principal residence 

Property taxes paid (First box), I input $4,703

Amount not on principal residence (Second box), I leave blank or put 0, neither works

I do NOT have an amount for an "amount not on principal residence."  I have entered nothing as well as 0, thing works.  

Any idea on how to get passed/fix this?
