You cannot claim the self-employed health insurance deduction if you have an insurance plan through an employer. 

You must have entered your health insurance premiums in the business section when you were entering your business expenses. You need to edit that entry and remove the insurance premiums. Look for Insurance Payments in the screen that says Let's write off some business expenses.
