If I use Turbo Tax Deluxe can I still fill out and submit the home office deduction form 8829?

If you use the DOWNLOADED program you can use ANY of them for the 8829. But if you use the ONLINE version you will need the Self Employed version :
If the home office is for your work as a W-2 employee you cannot deduct it, no matter what software you use. The current tax law does not allow any deductions for employee business expenses.

Where did you find that chart? Thanks, but it doesn't seem to have the blue icon next to deluxe for that form. I use the downloaded version.

That chart is Only for the TurboTax online editions, not the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.
For the desktop editions go to this website for the Forms and Schedules included in All the desktop editions -
That chart is for the Online web version not the Desktop CD/Download program. All the Desktop programs have the same forms. You just get more help and guidance in the higher versions. Forms in the Desktop program,
