Turbo Tax is asking for property (real estate) taxes paid, but no box number. My 1098 says "other real estate taxes paid" in box 10...is this the same thing?

The answers in Step 2 didn't help....

Yes. Many lenders use box 10 to report real estate taxes disbursed from your escrow impound. This is the amount deductible on your return.
