I’m irritated with turbo tax it said I qualified for the child tax credit married filling jointly and made 100k still under 400k and I have 2 kids one 15 and one 17 turbo tax said I qualified 2500 but did add it what should I do should I amend my taxes I just sent in Tuesday I need answers right away!

The Child Tax Credit is based on the amount of tax that you owe. If the credit exceeds your tax liability, you may be getting the Additional Child tax credit.

@Mayra89 what is on lines 19, 22 and 28 of form 1040? Let's start there to determine whether you received the tax credits or not. Maybe you did?
