TT review error on 1099-DIV

Imported 1099's from Morgan Stanley

On MS 1099-div TT marks recipient's address the  state / zip in red with the statement  "you have indicated a foreign address for this recipient"

The street address is listed and correct

I tried clearing the fields and checking the box to transfer the address from the Fed Information worksheet, however State and Zip remain blank, and putting correct infor does not clear the error.

I do not see where MS is listed as foreign on the form

Other 1099's from MS and Schwab do not report this error
