Having problem filiing due to EIC being higher for 2017 than 2016.

turbo tax will not let us complete file, it states their are four errors. The first one is the FI worksheet prior year earned income-1 must be greater than your earned income to be used for the additional child tax credit. but last year we did not receive the child tax credit for our two children due to our earned income was lower last year.

Today's update broke the software & is causing this. They're aware of and working on fixing the problem, but until they do, it is not going to work. Best suggestion is just stop trying to e-file until they get it fixed. Honestly, there is no telling what else they broke. See link below:
