The program is including my ordinary income from my s-corp (k-1) in my total earned income, which is lowering my EIC. Can I override/edit this manually?

Keep in mind that EIC is calculated two ways: (1) based on earned income, and (2) based on AGI.

You then get the lower of the two.

that would invalidate the TT  guarantee of accurate returns and presumes you know more than the experts!
