If i have a full time job and work from home as a freelance writer, how do i choose the percentage of time conducting business in home office?

is the percentage based on how much of the time i spend when i AM at home or is it based on what percentage of the 24 hours in a day do i spend writing?

The program is asking you how much time, while you are working, do you spend doing the work in your home office (for example, if you had more than one location where you conducted business you'd enter the percentage of time spent just in the home office).
