Are medical expenses deductible in Illinois?

Medical and home care expenses are deductible on the federal return but I cannot seem to find any information if they can be deducted for the state of Illinois return?

The information from your federal return crosses over to your state return.  Your medical deductions are already factored in.  You don't enter them separately onto your state return.
