After auto downloading my 1099B from Vanguard and UBS I was left with a screen with the list of Stock sales with a status of NEEDS REVIEW and no obvious way to do it. Selecting one sale entry and hitting the bulk edit button gives you a screen where you can manually enter some of the data again but since they don't pre-populate the auto downloaded data it's really not helpful. Even if I do enter it manually it still shows needs review. I ended up deleting the auto downloaded data and entering it manually. This is a change from last year and makes turbotax less attractive for those with many stock sales. Is there another approach to this that turbotax does not make obvious?

Figured it out. On the mac the slide bar at the bottom of the list of stock entries does not show up until you hit full screen once. After that you can see that you need to slide over to see the edit button for each entry.
