Is investment property tax deductable on schedule A?

Benoy1279 - is this rental / income generating  property  ( which is reported on Schedule-E  ) or  undeveloped  property being held for appreciation ( either reported on schedule-A or added to basis , depending on theexact situation ) ??   Is it foreign property ? Are you a US citizen/ resident / resident for tax purposes / non-resident alien?

This is rental/income generating property in NJ.  I am a US citizen
