Mortgage sold by lender #1 on same day acquired in 2018 to lender #2. Outstanding balance by first lender at end of year?

Received 1098 from both lenders.  What should be outstanding mortgage balance at end of 2018 for lender #1?  Is it zero or is it the amount transferred to lender #2?

The outstanding mortgage balance at end of 2018 for lender #1 is Zero. 

(Don't enter the amount transferred since that would falsely inflate your debt amount)
