td ameritrade acquired by schwab, how to handle updating accounts in MINT?
There seems to be no answer to this question yet. Found a circular link on the Turbo Tax help, but nothing.
How can I update the account access without creating duplicates or deleting my historical data with TD Ameritrade?
I have a new login from Schwab (required), which access the same accounts. Everything was transferred over. Can I keep the historical data and simply rename the accounts and reset the login to be that of Schwab?
HELP!!

Mint only has chat support via the link below.
See How do I contact support? (intuit.com)
Otherwise, it is a free application for which there is no support.

Yeah, tried that already and it links back here to Turbo Tax. Circular links, not getting any answer from Mint, which is why I posted here on Intuit site, which is the owner, right???
Nobody have an answer. It's not the first time a bank of mine was taken over by another company and changed the name...
thanks, stephen

Correct, but there is really no support for Mint here, unfortunately.

I followed the links from Mint and it all leads to here. so it appears that there must be NO support at all for Mint.
Is this correct?
None of the suggestions below have anything to do with my question.
thanks, stephen

@Critter-3 sorry, but why are you wasting my time with links to questions that have no solution for the problem I have explained well?
It appears that Mint has no customer support. What can one expect for a 'free' application?
It's very helpful to gather all my account information in one space and some of the suggestions have been helpful.
Anybody here have insight in how to contact Mint customer service?

Contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a TurboTax support agent concerning this situation.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for a contact link and hours of operation -https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899263-what-is-the-turbotax-phone-number

Any insight into how you are handling this transition in mint? I'm considering re-trying Personal Capital, which had its own set of issues. It would have been nice to just have the same credentials with a name change on the backend rather than have us switch things on our end.

Mint is a great program but it is free and not something that is a priority for Intuit to spend money on programmers and support when one off issues like this occur. I am serious about my money management and use QuickBooks. I do pay for the service but also get excellent personal support and quick resolution of issues.

I am in the same boat. I looked at the Schwab site and all history has been brought over from TD Ameritrade. I believe MINT will only go back three months. I wonder if one were to just update the account info if it would leave the history in from TD and append any new history from Schwab. However, if the main purpose is to just see current balances, then one can mark the TD account inactive not shown in any reports. Then create a new link to Schwab to get current balances.
