Taxable charitable deductions
My children's school requires each family to volunteer 25 hours per school year or pay an additional $25 in tuition for each hour short of the 25 required hours. I had 25 additional hours over my required 25 and donated these hours to the schools annual charitable fundraiser for which they raffled of a chance to win the 25 hours (a $625 value) for $10 per ticked and sold 100 tickets for a total of $2,500.
Is any part of the $625 original value of the 25 hours or any part of the $2,500 the hours were sold for deductible on my taxes as a charitable donation?

No, unfortunately, volunteer hours are not deductible as a charitable deduction on your return.
