Mine was finally accepted, but until I have money in my bank account I am still expecting something to get screwed up.  I will keep my fingers crossed.

But Intuit has lost me as a customer forever.  I would rather file by hand with paper and a pen than go through this mess again.

Wow, got an acceptance email (federal) 20min after filing. As someone else stated, I'll hold my breath till the funds are in my bank.

TurboTax has released an update to Form 8936.  Follow these steps to insure that TurboTax is using the updated Form 8936. 

• Clear your browser's cookies and cache 

• Delete Form 8936  

• Enter your vehicle information on Form 8936

I have already filed on February 13 and been rejected because of form 8936 not being ready.  I was not advised that it was not ready by Turbo tax.  Today is February 20, latest form was revised Feb 14.  Can I refile my taxes not and not get rejected.

The fix for Form 8936 was included in today's release.  As insurance, delete Form 8936 and reenter it.  It should go through then.

Finally was fixed later in the day today.   Look higher up in this thread for the following directions.  

I did delete my entire Form 8936, but I did not clear my cache and cookies, and after re-entering my car data, it finally worked.

The fact that we had to wait so long to get this fixed is unacceptable.

I just got mine accepted and didn't have to delete the form.  I simply closed the program and re-opened it.  I then went through the options for Form 8936 which were already filled out from my previous two filings and rejections and then did the final check.  The efile went smoothly and I got my acceptance in about 10 mins.

My returns were rejected again today....due to form 8936. It says on Feb 20th. Where is it?

Have you read the above comments?  You may have to delete form 1095-A and re-enter it.

Is this fix fully rolled out now or is it in phases? I've tried all the steps noted above multiple times and i'm getting the same calculation no change. I'm in Washington by the way.

Filed today and both Fed and State where accepted.
