Does turbotax offer services to plan for 2022 taxes as a 1099 contractor. Book keeping, expenses, advice etc for 2022 and filing in December 2022

Sorry, but no.  TurboTax assists you with your tax returns, and offers expert help with that.  TurboTax also has an online service that allows you to prepare your own 1099s and W-2s, and to e-file those with the IRS.  That service is known as Quick Employer Forms.   But those are still self-prepared, and require purchase of TurboTax Self-Employed Online program or TurboTax Home & Business Desktop program.
