Sorry, but no. TurboTax assists you with your tax returns, and offers expert help with that. TurboTax also has an online service that allows you to prepare your own 1099s and W-2s, and to e-file those with the IRS. That service is known as Quick Employer Forms. But those are still self-prepared, and require purchase of TurboTax Self-Employed Online program or TurboTax Home & Business Desktop program.
If you need assistance with bookkeeping, etc., you may want to speak to a CPA or other bookkeeping service in your area.
